Share your story

Tell me about you
and your story.

No format. No word count. Share whatever you’d like.

I’m interested in the things that change us and the things we carry. The stories that don’t fit neatly into a LinkedIn post: the thing you lost, the thing that stayed, the thing that surprised you, the version of you that showed up when you didn’t expect it.

Some changes find us. Some we go looking for. Your story doesn’t need to be dramatic, and it doesn’t need an ending. Wherever you are with it right now is a fine place to start telling it.

I read every one. Some of these turn into conversations on the show. If something in your story or what you share feels like it wants more room, I’ll reach out and we can figure out together what that might look like.

Confidential

What you write here stays with me. Nothing is shared or published without asking you first. Read the details →

Start wherever it makes sense. If it helps, here are a few places you could go. Use any of them, all of them, or none.
  • What set things moving. A choice you made, something that happened to you, or a slow drift you only noticed later.
  • What you set down along the way. What you let go of, walked away from, or had taken from you.
  • What came with you. The people, questions, habits, or weight that stayed through all of it.
  • What you didn’t expect to find. The part you didn’t see coming, about the change itself or about you.
  • Who or what has kept you company. A person, a place, a practice, an idea, or nothing so far.
  • What’s starting to take shape. Something new, or something old you’re seeing differently. “Nothing yet” is a real answer.
  • Where you are now. Still in the thick of it, somewhere in between, or on the other side, for now.

You’ll need to be 18 or older to share here. And if your story involves other people, please leave out names or details that would let someone recognize them.

Would you be open to a conversation on the show? Sometimes a story lines up with where the show is heading. When it does, I’ll reach out and we’ll start with a call or a few emails. If it feels right for both of us, we’ll record an episode in person when we’re in the same area.
So I know when our paths might cross.
Confidential, always.

It’s in.
Thank you for trusting me with it.

I’ll read it carefully. If it lines up with where the show is heading, I’ll be in touch by email.
